A New Life Begins

I just got back from picking up tickets to the Hatebreed, Cannibal Corpse, Unearth, Born of Osiris show tonight. We almost missed going to this show because I had somehow thought that it was on the 12th and not the 7th. Luckily Trevor checked last night and I got our tickets today.

Destroy Everything!
Destroy Everything!
Destroy Everything!
Obliterate what makes us weak,
Destroy Everything!
Destroy Everything!
Destroy Everything!
Decimate what threatens me.

Hey! Destroy Everything is also our motto... coincidence? Most people would see Destroy Everything as having a negative meaning. And while it certainly does, and at times that's the way we feel, we've found deeper meaning of it in the song. A big part of our Destroy Everything mentality is to take all your negative thoughts, all of your self doubts, everything that has ever made you feel weak or insignificant and just destroy them by becoming something stronger and better. It was something that we talked about when we were starting Single Second and it has even deeper meaning for us as we're working on where the brand is going and how we're going to get there in 2010.

Listen for yourself.

Canada Has A Deathwish

Canada has a Deathwish is a short video by Montreal Filmer Eric Lebeau, showcasing Mehrathon flow riders for Deathwish and Shake Junt in Canada.
It was mainly filmed over a weekend trip in November where we headed to St-John's for a Skateboard contest called Stacked hosted by JP Hersey.
Deathwish and Shake Junt canadian flow riders are JS Lapierre, Chris St-Cyr, JJ Bart, and Jacob Williams.

Check out Mehrathon, Deathwish and Shake Junt.

Half Week Hardcore

New Creep Street

The Filthy Few have just released their holiday line on Karmaloop. This is probably my favorite Creep Street release so far. Mostly black shirts with white print, combined with graphics featuring zombies, black metal, death and all round creep shit... how could you not like it? My favorites are below, check the rest out at Karmaloop.

Black and white tie dye?!? I've been wanting to do a tie dye shirt for a while now, so it's no surprise that I like this one.
