I just got back from picking up tickets to the Hatebreed, Cannibal Corpse, Unearth, Born of Osiris show tonight. We almost missed going to this show because I had somehow thought that it was on the 12th and not the 7th. Luckily Trevor checked last night and I got our tickets today.

Hey! Destroy Everything is also our motto... coincidence? Most people would see Destroy Everything as having a negative meaning. And while it certainly does, and at times that's the way we feel, we've found deeper meaning of it in the song. A big part of our Destroy Everything mentality is to take all your negative thoughts, all of your self doubts, everything that has ever made you feel weak or insignificant and just destroy them by becoming something stronger and better. It was something that we talked about when we were starting Single Second and it has even deeper meaning for us as we're working on where the brand is going and how we're going to get there in 2010.

A Winters Tale

After a week of around -40 degree weather we were finally having some nice temperatures here, which made me happy because I hate winter and snow, and I want it so be summer so I can go skateboarding! I got my hopes up of maybe being able to skateboard soon...then it goes and snows all night and most of the morning! Dammit! I am tired of this shit.
